Building Supliful into a world-class organization while raising 3 small human beings is no easy trait Here is my daily routine to not go clinically insane while being highly productive. ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Let's dive in 1/ Wake up while people are sleeping. This is the easiest life hack to get more work done. You have no distractions. 2/Deep work Allocate first part of the day for more complex tasks that require more focus and concentration to accomplish. 3/ Exercise It's been proven that 21 days of 20 minutes/day of cardiovascular exercise increases enough dopamine and serotonin in the brain to rival the most powerful antidepressants. Dopamine: More motivation. Serotonin: Less stress. 4/ Limit your work hours during the day. "A task will take as much time as you have to do it" You should define the exact blocks of time in which you'll work during the day. Picking up kids from kindergarten is a day-stopper. 5/ Sleep hygiene. Did you know that your brain can't fully rest if you have lights around you?
