TK engineering has missed four lane NH 415 deadline. 10.90 Km Itanagar to Papu Nallah was supposed to be completed on 21 Sept 2020. Only 72% work complete. road has claimed human lives. Mountains chopped and streams killed. Inefficiency of PWD and TK is for all to see
