The DA spends more money on Khayelitscha than it does in Camp's Bay. The richer areas pay exorbitant rates and taxes while also paying for private services.
They subsidise the poorer areas, which are victims of national government policing and gangsterism caused by ANC policies

@Alhajirostova No, lecturers want students to excel, pass and graduate. Cheating in an exam can ruin your life, I doubt they find joy in that. Even the Proctor's office doesn't find joy in punishing students, they usually first try to help you (provided you immediately plead guilty).
