⚽ The club finished 9th in EFL League One, three places outside the play-offs. Playing staff dropped from 94 to 75. Admin headcount rose from 47 to 52. Player sales generated £2.80m — arguably the most important income line keeping the losses from being even worse.

🏨 A post-year-end note reveals the club was in a legal dispute over a penthouse suite in the stadium hotel. The court ruled in Blackpool's favour in November 2025. The former occupants were ordered to vacate and pay £202,498. The money was received in January 2026.
