@TheStackSystem wedge feature is the most impressive practice tool I’ve used. Really fun, engaging, and accurate.

@MattFitz94 has one of the fastest backswings on Tour—helping him generate 123 mph clubhead speed in this swing (Jan 2023). What’s underrated is the skill required to rapidly transition: de-activating backswing muscles and sequencing the downswing. In the clip that follows, I explain the mechanics behind a faster backswing—and how to use it to gain speed.

We’ve gained a lot of followers lately. So we’d like to re-introduce our founders @SashoMacKenzie and @jertybird Sasho- Golf’s foremost biomechanist, Dr. Sasho MacKenzie is the research practitioner behind the world’s top golf coaches - his work and theories have driven a scientific, evidence-based revolution in golf instruction and movement training. Hey @SashoMacKenzie! I made the switch to heads up putting and in two practice sessions with @TheStackSystem putting I hit 0 SG: Putting against tour. I tried on course today for 9 holes and basically hit the same level. I’m a convert!

At his Valspar Championship win this past weekend he finished: ✅ 5th in Strokes Gained Off the Tee ✅Tied for 3rd in Driving Accuracy He recorded 182 mph ball speed twice on Sunday, including the 18th hole. 👏

Big drives en route to a big win! Well done, @mattfitzpatrick and team! Even coming home, needing a birdie, Matt didn't shy away from speed - recording 182 mph ball speed on his drive at 18. His average speed for the year to date in tournament rounds is 119.2 mph and we couldn't be more proud!🏆
