@nemesisshocked @mcdizzle17 Discovery on jurisdiction, then they'll rule on jurisdiction, then if that succeeds they'll rule on summary judgement.
If it fails at jurisdiction they might move venue to California, which if they do they will surely file motion to dismiss under SLAPP.

A constant vibration/hum, messing with the brain. Ground water contaminated, local power grid depletion, few perm jobs.

The backup generators at data centers release diesel exhaust containing fine particles that embed in your lungs and bloodstream. Heart disease. Lung disease. Stroke. And nobody's doing environmental impact assessments before they build next door to you.
