Such a fun way to introduce Call of Cthulhu! The player characters are archeologists exploring an Egyptian tomb. The map gets slowly revealed by brushing the sand away... — at Armageddon Expo Auckland 🇳🇿 .

Would you rather YOUR GM enforce every rule (even mid-gunfight) or let rulings fly fast and loose-no arguing, but you might get "robbed" on a call? 🎲?

@DungeonNoir Grew up on 3.5 but came back at 5e and enjoying the new cause more people join in

60% of TTRPG players use Discord to schedule, but the #1 comment we got was rigid scheduling strategies and potential for cancelled games amidst a flurry of “still showing up?” texts! I’m fixing it with @time_scry. #ttrpg #dnd #wizards #gamenight

@muubody We have a new app coming in May called Timescry that’ll help a ton with scheduling. We are closed beta now and are still open to folks trying it out before we launch it. Lemme know!
English

@FarseerFitzy We agree! We made Timescry to help with this issue. I’ve been using it with successful for a couple months. We launch in May but have a closed beta going now if you want one of the first goes at it!

@bigbys_ghand We got tired of it too and I was venting to my buddy constantly about missed games. We created a discord bot to help - Timescry! We have one more month of beta testing if you are interested. We launch in May.

@Gannicussoon @DunderMoose Timescry can help with scheduling if that is slowing down your to do list! We have one more month of beta testing (1 year free for those who try it this month) before we launch in May. Let me know if you are interested!

@DunderMoose I’d have to quit my job and become a FT gamer to pull that off! My current game which is “pause time” still takes me hours to prep for…what you are describing sounds very interesting but also a massive time commitment for the DM

I am a 1:1 time BROSR DM. I missed four sessions, and one of my players took the reins. Last Tuesday I returned to DMming. Here is my To-Do list as of this moment:
1. Post Downtime Reports and Session reports on my 'stack.
2. Read private discord channels of each player in discord to review their Downtime orders, and adjudicate encounters if they are needed. (Our session pushed them out into today, so this is the first day they could post orders.)
3. Catch up on the channel's SEEN posts.
4. Review map of Pigzits School of Magic and Usury for possible third delve next Tuesday.
