@tkmaxx_uk Bought at Westfield, but Charing Cross Rd refused to remove a faulty security tag without a receipt, despite credit card proof. Why should I waste time and travel money fixing your mistake? Can you help me? This tag also appears to be faulty as it does not beep!

Hi @TKMaxx_UK, my Queens West pan lid just exploded while I was cooking (wasn’t even on the heat). Here’s a pic 😅 Dinner ruined, but hey at least it didn’t explode in my face 👍 Pretty sure cookware isn’t meant to double as a grenade?? Can you help?

@TKMaxx_UK one of your staff members kicked my shoes in your derby store. I was trying on shoes and went to put a pair back and saw him kick my personal shoes. When challenged he said they were in the way. Kicking customer shoes is not ok

@TKMaxx_UK last winter pregnant me came to return a new coat as the zip wasn’t working. Your employee refused as it zipped for her. This winter I stand by my dad’s grave often in the cold, as your zip still doesn’t work. Why did you refuse to believe & take back a faulty product
