I have every confidence that the justices of the Supreme Court of Virginia understand what is at stake — not just for this election cycle, but for the integrity of Virginia's constitutional order. The politicians who pushed this through moved fast and broke things, hoping no one would notice the corners they were cutting. The courts and the law have already confirmed the violations. Now is the time to validate what common sense and the law have already affirmed and reinforce the superiority of constitutional norms in the face of partisan power plays. 2/2

The left thinks Californians are broken. They think we’ll just pack up, leave, or accept the decline. They’re wrong. There’s more Republicans here than any other state. Millions of us still believe this state can be saved. We finally got voter ID on the ballot for November, and it has REAL chance of passing. That could break the Democrats’ one-party stranglehold that’s wrecked this state, expose the fraud, and stop illegal immigrants from voting in our elections. A lot of people are sleeping on how big this is. I’m a Californian. I’m not fleeing to a red state. That’s what they want. I’m staying right here and fighting to Make California Great Again.

Hard to tell too much from oral arguments, especially when I'm unfamiliar with a Court. That said, when the Attorney General of Virginia is arguing that someone who early votes is not "participating in an election" that is pretty tough. So far, two justices seem skeptical
