Reg MC, irregular MC, no MC, various OC w/ withdrawal bleeds within a squad of 30 & no evidence to support any need for/type of modification

Nobody takes blood to confirm anything; that's an issue. Nobody has the perfect symmetrical 28d ovulate (regularly) on day 14. Even if menstrual periods occur regularly Hormones that go up/down have minor (if any) influence on anything. Performance: gold medals and world champions have been crowned in every phase of their cycle, or while on OC... Makes you wonder where the idea came from at all!
