Die letzten Tage beim hoch und runter mal 20k im plus mal 15 im minus gestern 30 im plus dann nur noch 12.

Would you like to live and take care of an eco-mountain, one of the most stunning eco-properties in Europe (EU)?
When?
End august 2026 - end june 2027.
Ten months
Includes:
energy, water, van, use of very comfy large home, cabin, retreat-cabin, use of huge eco-garden/forest garden with 1000+ trees & shrubs
Your job?
Taking care of the property, feed cat, chickens, ducks, maintenance in the house, all easy going, maybe 1 hours a day of things to do
Cost?
2500 usdt a month
Includes: water, electricity, heating, insurance home & car, use of 9 person van (not fuel), starlink-internet, food for animals, team of gardeners that take care of the garden maintenance of the property, any other maintenance needed
Your other costs?
your own food + fuel car + other activities you do + your own health insurance. You can take all produce from the garden and animals which is quite a lot. Feel free to build new vegetable gardens to grow more of your own food or any other initiative to improve the place
Location?
Southern Europe. Exact location will be shared if you are selected. It has amazing views of the mountains, 10 minutes drive from stunning beaches, close to little beautiful towns. 1 hour from airports
Who can apply?

- or a family with kids. Nice opportunity to maybe do a gap-year with your kids and home-school. Local schools are also 15 minutes away. Farm has a play-ground, trampoline, all kind of other toys, and is a paradise for kids.
- responsible healthy people that love to take care of an amazing place, that know how to be alone on a remote place
- be able to live in the EU for 10 months residency wise. I will not help you apply for residency and all that stuff. No rental contract nor inscribing yourself as a permanent resident in the property. You are basically on holiday there as a caretaker/renter
- driver license
- cannot bring your own dog or other animals
- no renting out of rooms, subletting, throw parties, etc.
- know how to take responsibility and initiative
- sign a strict non-disclosure agreement which states that you will not reveal information about the property, the location of the property, nor share pictures of the place online or in any social media
Who cannot apply?
- group of friends
- addicts, smokers, people with emotional problems, disturbed people, people that can´t be alone or in remote places
- place is quiet and calm, so not for people who want to throw parties and invite a lot of friends. The idea is that if a single person takes care of it, one uses this time to work online and do inner work maybe, or a family that wants to spend 10 months in a remote place and have the European experience in nature on an eco-farm
Why caretaker/renter?
After some consideration i feel this is the right format. It gives the opportunity for many people to apply, is much cheaper than similar homes on airbnb which would charge like 500$ a day, makes sure i have a long term tenant that is serious, covers costs to maintain the place, and prevents the place being overrun by people that want to stay for free, which was my original idea
Opportunity for crypto-traders?
Yes. This is an opportunity as well for example for a trader that wants 10 months alone to focus on him/herself, his trading, and improve him/herself. A trader i know already took care of the place for 6 months recently and loved it

Curious how others deal with this:
do you actively optimize for lower fees (limit orders, fewer executions), or focus purely on edge and ignore them?

$BTC rejected the weekly 12EMA and is back inside the range.
65k is the level that matters.
Lose that -> likely continuation lower, with 58k (200W MA) as a magnet 🧲
Upside still possible with a random trump post push into the low 80s inefficiency.

Back within the February value area.
Limited acceptance above 71k (Feb VAH), with price now finding support at the 12/25 daily EMA's, mid of the range.
Failure to hold 69–70k (mid range & daily ema bands confluence) would favor a rotation back toward 65k (Feb VAL) as the auction rotates across value.
Ideally wanted the 79–80k sell zone, but currently holding a smaller short initiated from 74k - due to the level being tested several times on the ltf's with no signs of buyer continuation.
Acceptance back above Feb VAH (71k) would suggest a shift in auction, opening the door for continuation into the 79–80k February highs. In that case, will switch my context and look to scale out of shorts as the market tries to transition higher.
Expectations remain the same: Rangebound / rotational until it isnt and it could remain that way for a good few weeks.
Edge "zones" are where I'm interested in trading higher probability inflection points - Feb Highs / Lows.

$BTC I don’t have a particularly strong directional view tbh, price largely remains rotational. Structurally, I wouldn’t be surprised to see a regime similar to May – July 2021 where the market oscillated within a compressed range before resolving, not something I’m overly fussed about trading. Areas Of Interest => On the daily, the 12/21/25 EMAs around 70k–69k are key support imo, confluent with the 4-week composite value area high, ideally I'd want to see this hold. Trading below that level which is key imo, would likely have me leaning towards price taking the February lows, potentially into the 58s or near equal lows. If those levels hold, I’d be interested in longs for a range play - again if it sets up. If we see further upside in the coming weeks, the 80–82k region stands out as meaningful resistance, confluent with the February high and single prints, with a typical mean reversion play back up into the 12/21/25 weekly EMA bands. I may contemplate selling there if it sets up from an order flow perspective.

Update on the AI tool:
A TLDR of what I’ve been spending most of my time on is fine tuning my AI “Trading Coach” where it’s main purpose is finding patterns in my trading / thought process before they become bad habits.
At the moment I simply input my thoughts throughout the day whether it’s on the market or based on how I feel and at the end of the week I get a full report.
The problem is that this doesn’t really cover the area where most mistakes are made which are during the trade lifecycle.
That’s why the main change I’m going to make to the tool is have it separately track my thoughts during the Execution, Management and closure phase of the trade.
Now what’s important to understand is that the quality of the results will be dependent on how honest and frequent I made the updates during the trades lifecycle.
That’s it for now, will update as I find more ways to improve it!
