someone asked me earlier this week what my goal was for views on my first YouTube video.
I said I’d love to get 10k on it in total, over the course of its lifespan.
Within 17 hours, it has hit 12k views. I can’t believe how kind and supportive everyone has been for this video.

It’s looking like my first YouTube video is going to be over an hour long. So, my question to you is how long is too long for a YouTube video, particularly one that’s a documentary with original/exclusive interviews and insights.
