Today we launched the new Lleverage website and branding. 💥 I'm really proud of what the team built. It captures where we've been, what we've learned, and where we're going: Ensuring that the companies the world depends on stay competitive for the century ahead. How? AI Agents for real-world operations. @lleverageai helps companies that make, move and sell physical products turn decisions and exceptions into intelligent operations that run, adapt and improve inside their existing systems. Manufacturing, logistics, and wholesale companies were built to move physical products - not to manage today's operational complexity. For years, growth meant hiring more people to work around rigid systems. The real bottleneck isn't technology. It's the decisions, the exceptions, the business rules that exist only in people's heads. Traditional automation can't fix that. We built something that can. AI Agents that handle the full workflow - not just the clean cases. The exceptions, the missing POs, the multilingual PDFs, the orders that don't match. Everything from inbox to ERP. Decision Intelligence that captures why a decision was made, not just what happened. So that knowledge stops walking out the door every time someone leaves. Your agents get smarter with every interaction. Operational Excellence that delivers measurable results from day one - without replacing systems, retraining teams, or months of disruption. Integrations built natively into the ERPs our customers already run — SAP, Dynamics, Exact. No migration. No middleware. I've spent countless hours on factory floors, in distribution warehouses, in planning meetings across Europe. The problem is always the same. This is what we built to solve it. → Lleverage.ai

ERP hasn’t really changed in 20 years. AI isn’t just an add-on. It’s the next platform. And with every platform shift, new leaders emerge. This era will be no different...

“AC this, wash dryer that, US woohoo, EU boohoo” - Why are we eating this brand-warfare from the outside about us up? Europe has the strongest precision manufacturing in the world, we have leading teams in AI, CV, robotics. Europe is a leader in Automation and Frontier Tech! Not a single NVIDIA chip could be produced without European machines. Not a single American cloud, robotics, or deep-tech firm would operate without European manufacturing or suppliers. But we are too humble. Brainwashed to never celebrate Europe. By outsiders and our local politicians. Time for a change. Europe is the birthplace of industrialization. The home of frontier tech. Time, we act like it. Welcome to the real Europe! 🔥🇪🇺

For startups, the primary opportunity around AI has been automating work and capturing labor spend. Computer use represents the most significant advancement to date in replicating human labor capabilities. Previously, a major limitation was the long tail of software tools that lacked API access or had restricted APIs, which required humans to manually oversee it. This challenge was particularly prevalent with the legacy software at the core of many enterprises, such as Epic, SAP, and Oracle. Computer-using agents with reasoning abilities and the capability to navigate graphical user interfaces effectively fill these gaps, enabling the end-to-end automation of work.

Computer use is the next step towards true agentic coworkers. Models that can click, type, and reason across the existing software humans use will work like magic. Computer-using agents will actually provide end-to-end automation across legacy and modern tools alike: navigating UIs, logging in, and sending files. The agents that win will slot in where a human can today, without IT overhauls or custom integrations. Excellent deep dive from @zephratic, @stuffyokodraws, @seema_amble, and @JenniferHli:

To many power users (Pro and Plus), GPT5 was a disappointing release. But with closer inspection, the real release is focused on the vast majority of ChatGPT’s users, which is the 700m+ free userbase that is growing rapidly. Power users should be disappointed; this release wasn’t for them. The real consumer opportunity for OpenAI lies with the largest user base, and getting the unmonetized users who currently use ChatGPT infrequently in their day-to-day to indirectly pay is their largest opportunity.

your late 20’s are crazy because some of your friends are getting married and having babies and buying houses and some of your friends are automating critical business workflows with agentic AI

Took me 15 minutes this morning to build an AI Agent that will save inside sales teams 75% of their order processing time... It - Reads purchase orders from emails or PDFs - Extracts key information automatically - Matches products to correct SKUs - Sends orders directly to your ERP - Generates customer confirmations or follow-up requests That's valuable time that could be spent on proactive selling and customer relationships.

I’ve spoken to over 2 dozen MDs at PE firms I can confidently say that the arb of figuring out how to implement AI at portfolio companies is very real right now It will fundamentally change underwriting for those who can do it predictably Most are aware they need to act. Very few have.

AI is a form of leverage. Leverage increases the returns to those who use it. Software engineers are gaining leverage relative to everyone else. And the creators of AI are the most leveraged of them all.

We are opening up a new role at Quora: a single engineer who will use AI to automate manual work across the company and increase employee productivity. I will work closely with this person.
