@malmesburyman That's fine, use the Patriot Act instead. Enhanced interrogation is legal. Indefinite detention is legal. Extrajudicial assassination by drone strike is legal.

Liberals created a tax subsidy letting government-approved media write off up to $85,000 PER JOURNALIST. When @junonewscom asked the CRA which outlets are cashing in, they said they “can’t divulge” this information to taxpayers. junonews.com/p/exclusive-cr…

You never, ever see stories about white-collar crime prosecutions like this in Canada
F.A. United States Attorney Bill Essayli@USAttyEssayli

This morning, federal and local law enforcement arrested 10 defendants—eight in Los Angeles County and two foreign nationals—charged in a 15-count indictment with stealing the identities of elderly victims, using that information to obtain title reports for residential properties, then soliciting millions of dollars in hard-money loans from private lenders by falsely representing the loans as secured by the victims’ properties. These arrests are the tip of the iceberg in terms of the fraud permeating California. Under the leadership of @AGPamBondi, we will target rampant fraud committed against the government and private citizens alike. The defendants arrested in L.A. County are scheduled to make their initial appearance and be arraigned this afternoon in U.S. District Court in downtown Los Angeles. Those arrested in Sacramento and Florida will make their initial appearances in federal court there. The wire fraud and money laundering counts each carry a 20-year statutory maximum federal prison sentence, and the aggravated identity theft charge carries a mandatory consecutive two-year prison sentence. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Anthony Rubin discovered that the cash for signature scheme on skid row is literally foreigners who already got caught in their own countries. They came here and started an LLC and began running the same fraudulent scheme.

Investigating California’s Election Fraud: Suspected International Election Criminal Exposed, Foreigners from Africa Encouraging Ballot Petition Fraud, Criminals Profiting from Undermining California's Democratic Process! We went undercover in order to expose California’s ballot petition system. What we found: - Petitioners paying homeless people with cigarettes and cash for signatures. - Voters lied to about what they were signing. - Foreign nationals encouraging outright fraud. Furthermore, we exposed a man previously named in Swiss criminal complaints for ballot petition fraud, who is now running a petition company in Los Angeles. He suggested to us that it is “okay” to give cigarettes in exchange for ballot petition signatures, which is a misdemeanor crime under California law. We are willing to cooperate with any official investigation into the crimes documented in this report. This report was produced in partnership with Citizen Justice League @ctznjusticelg (0:35) How Ballot Petitions Work and the Fraud (01:23) Money for Signatures Caught Red-Handed (04:34) Confronting Money for Signatures Guy (06:58) Cigarettes for Signatures Caught Red-Handed (07:27) Confronting Cigarettes for Signatures Guy (10:42) Exposing a Suspected International Election Criminal (14:01) Confronting a Suspected International Election Criminal (16:58) The Big Picture

I saw this 15 years ago as a lawyer for a band in northern BC. A Chinese coal company rep handed a band official $20,000 in cash in an unmarked envelope. But that official wasn’t crooked and the band opposed the mine. We took pictures of the cash, gave it back, and took the company to court. The judge shrugged. Company got its permits. By giving tribal leaders a veto over major resource projects, bribery in one form or another is now the ordinary course of business, even if it’s no longer cash in envelopes. Now, it’s billion dollar payouts. This is how reconciliation despite its lofty goals and some well meaning individuals working for indigenous groups, has rapidly corrupted our economy, and will soon transform British Columbia into the third world.

Italy: Fadili Charaf, a Moroccan immigrant, rapes an Italian girl (29). Her partner finds out, stabs him to death, and dumps the body in the woods. Today, both Italians were acquitted by a jury of their peers. The man had originally been arrested for voluntary manslaughter, while the woman had been released on bail as a “moral accomplice” in the killing.

So let me get this straight. The guy in charge of counterterrorism efforts in the country (and presumably heavily involved in the Kirk investigation) was basically sabotaging the entire thing by trying to pin it on Israel because he was watching Candace Owens. How is this real
LB@beyondreasdoubt

I really try not to give Tucker or his crazy guests any attention, but Kent made some pretty wild claims about the investigation into Charlie Kirk’s murder and I guarantee he just gave ammo to the defense. At a minimum, I expect a Brady-type motion demanding what investigations were shut down. (These idiots are just that, idiots. I despise them.)

Another component to this no one’s pointed out yet- these are people who watched OxyContin, then heroin, and now fentanyl destroy their families/communities for three decades. The 27yo cashier with cat ears has buried a stomach-turning number of childhood friends/relatives. The sheer hopelessness is hard to convey.

"A Chief Justice does not get to speak like an angry political actor about one of the most divisive constitutional controversies in modern Canadian history and then stroll back into judicial life as though nothing happened. He does not get to brand a protest “anarchy,” describe citizens as “hostage takers,” cast the event as an assault on democratic institutions, and still expect the public to believe he remains untouched by prejudice." @TomMarazzo /2

Serbia is apparently the best country for youth. Spent a couple months in Belgrade a year ago, and this tracks. Very relaxed, no EU bullshit, no rainbow flags, no migrants, safe streets, excellent nightlife, you can even still smoke in the cafes and bars. No one seems to have much money or with very hard and the cost of living isn't cheap but somehow no one seems to be working all that hard either, parks and terraces always full, people just generally seem like they're enjoying life. Getting frozen out of the international rules based order seems to have been a blessing.

"Stuck Culture" is actually Boomers owning 60-70% of all wealth in America and demanding society cater to their preferences while crowding out youth. When they were young, Boomers worshipped youth. Now they venerate age and shutdown economy for a virus with 99.9% survival rate.

FIRST LOOK: Val Kilmer has been resurrected via AI to star in the new movie "As Deep as the Grave." Kilmer was cast in the movie in 2020, five years before his death. But he was too sick amid his throat cancer battle to ever make it to set. Now an AI version of the actor is appearing in the film, with the full blessing of his daughter, Mercedes: "He always looked at emerging technologies with optimism as a tool to expand the possibilities of storytelling. This spirit is something that we are all honoring within this specific film, of which he was an integral part.” “He was the actor I wanted to play this role,” says writer-director Coerte Voorhees. “It was very much designed around him. It drew on his Native American heritage and his ties to and love of the Southwest... His family kept saying how important they thought the movie was and that Val really wanted to be a part of this. He really thought it was important story that he wanted his name on. It was that support that gave me the confidence to say, okay let’s do this. Despite the fact some people might call it controversial, this is what Val wanted.” wp.me/pc8uak-1lH1PI
