Super interesting paper (RCT) on online v. in-person instruction at the college level. The main takeaway (though lots of details worth reading):
"Final grades for online students dropped by 0.215 standard deviations; a result ...largest for academically at-risk students."

I stepped down from NIH study section NANO this week. Between NANO & the 32 other study sections I have served ad hoc, I learned many things about how to construct a good grant.
