I grew up in an abusive household and I've watched this play out before. She may be choosing to stay, this message could be coerced or ghost written, She might not be involved in this statement at all. Impossible to tell at this point but the reality is, You are a serial abuser.

As someone who also chose to stay after my ex cheated once, I feel so bad for the gf. He will not change, my ex didn't. If you lack the internal moral integrity to not cheat, let alone to not cheat MULTIPLE times, it's just hopeless.
