@NoContextHumans If the bill is a coupon that store gives to his customers ! Then the man as he stole it so he was not entitled for it! Till this stage there is no losses to stores! Present loss $70+30 = $100 loss at present!Long term loss is $100 more if existing customer ask for coupon/bill!
