This Cristiano vs his Portugal teammates saga started the day he made the statement that “The World Cup is not a dream for me”….A real captain can’t make such a statement before a major tournament. The WC is a dream for most of those young talented Portugal players…Cristiano has himself to blame for all the disrespect he is getting now. When you look at the way Messi treats his Argentina teammates and the way Ronaldo treats his Portuguese teammates it’s hardly a surprise that the Argentina players are prepared to bleed for Messi and run like mad men for him.
Ronaldo’s body language and the way he treats the Portuguese lads is the complete opposite, he’s always throwing his hands in the air and whinging & I’ve even seen videos resurfacing of him mocking Bernardo Silva for winning the Nations League MVP + let’s not even start about his sisters social media activity.

Sometimes I get jealous of how the Argentine players play for Messi which is one of the big reasons for their success. These guys Ronaldo have as teammates especially BRUNO wants to be the superstar themselves, 90% of the passes Ronaldo received so far he had to drop deep.
