I was 94kg at the start of last year..... yh didn’t tell anyone. No “new year, new me” post. Just small quiet changes I wasn’t even sure would stick. By week 4, the scale didn’t move and I almost convinced myself it was pointless. I fell off twice. Like fully stopped trying. Both times I came back, a bit more stubborn than before. 8 months later I hit 81kg. No big reveal. No before/after. Most people around me didn’t even notice. But I know what it cost. The mornings I didn’t feel like showing up, the weeks that felt wasted, the mental back and forth. That’s the weird part… something that hard just lives in your head with no real record. We spend so much time in crypto putting things onchain so they can’t be erased. But the one thing that was actually real, actually difficult, just disappears unless you hold onto it yourself. burnfat.fun made that click for me. Every kg burned, actually recorded. Permanent. Like it deserves to be.
