@vitalhikaru me personally, I literally just lay in bed and do those leg cycling exercises for 20 minutes. its easy, exercises both your legs and your abs, and if anyone walks in on you doing it you can play it off as just fidgeting around!!

@weeded_out How does one exercise at home? I'm home-schooled and i'm afraid that if i do exercise at home i'll be seen as "weird" and my parents will keep asking me about it, but then again, i'm barely allowed to go outside because i never have anything to do...,,

sometimes I remember that I really am doing this and I really am losing weight and keeping the weight off after 2 years of gaining and losing the same 3 pounds // #edtwt

@altav3ry for me personally I don't lose anything during a 2day fast, maybe 0.5 kg/1 lb, but for a 4day fast the most i've lost is 2kg/4 lbs!! its different for everyone though, so take my word with a grain of salt

@altav3ry i normally have one a day, just in the morning so my energy isn't completely depleted- but sometimes if my craving are really bad i'll have another instead of dinner!

@lisonettee i normally go with 1300-1500 cals of protein-dense and healthy meals, but if i've been fasting more than usual during the week I go for 1700-2000

@weeded_out How many cal do you eat during your metab day?
