@northernassist Its not my first experience, I travel daily on ur trains and its the same every single day with the 2 carriages

please be assured that we are deploying all available carriages across the network to accommodate passengers as efficiently as possible. Trains may be short-formed due to issues with rolling stock, such as technical faults, maintenance, or carriage shortages. Occasionally, a shorter replacement train is used when the original isn’t available, leading to fewer carriages than planned. Hope this helps explain. Your ticket will remain valid on the next available service, allowing you to travel without the need to purchase a new ticket if the train is too full

@northernassist this is an absolute joke, 2 carriages for the train 1756 Liverpool Lime st to warrington central people squashed in and people left on the platform, surely you should make all trains at least 3 carriages especially in the run up to Christmas
