@TARSRel0aded @Mrgunsngear If that were the case, artillery would be committing 1000 war crimes per day, cause the soldiers in the backline trenches don't hold on to guns all the time, and after the first shell hits, they're all wounded too. The only difference is, artilleryman doesnt see them on camera.

@mtloki1 Cause of shit-ass godawful twitter algorithms. Also, I think it's biased towards videos (which I think is bloody stupid for still media artists - do we have to post every image as a video or what?)

@worldsforge It is. When I got that tablet, of course I didn't stop painting, within a year I was already being hired to do some photoshopping or whatever, and soon after I started my first job in game dev. Changed my life.

The reason I have my career as an artist is that during the worst state of depression and life in poverty, a complete stranger gifted me my first digital painting tablet.

Its Ai : The man’s right hand suddenly disappears, one of his feet sinks exaggeratedly into the ground, and the other is ridiculously too small. The position of the legs with the man's trunk makes no sense, especially if we correlate it with the woman whose general insertion does not know how to situate itself correctly in space, moreover her legs end up melting into the environment, the swords in the back are also grotesque etc etc etc ... The general style represents its expressionist elements in terms of technique, which allows to hide the imperfections, but as everything is very suggestive, the human eye is easily fooled, but you just have to look at the image and activate your brain for 30 seconds to realize that nothing works...

12 years ago I started my journey as a full time concept designer. This is an old design from 2012 at my first full time job in Utrecht at ISOTX… 12 years ago.

@RassoulEdji Very cool, but I can't help the feeling that the transformations in the movies are "cheating", i.e. parts appearing and disappearing from nowhere, physically impossible, etc. So, are they cheating, or fair, like the irl toys?

My team spent over 3 months creating these extra vehicles for a couple seconds of screen time in #Transformers. He had Ferrari, Indy, and Lambo vehicles. The Ferrari you don’t even see in the film. There was a lot of assets we built which ended up being scrapped unfortunately.
