What makes this even funnier is the fact that many Ghanaians on this app were xenophobic towards Nigerians less than 2 weeks ago. Ghanaians literally threw Nigerians under the bus and became comrades with South Africans. The joke does write itself. lol.

“We don’t want you guys here” — group of South Africans confronts Ghanaian in viral street confrontation

Shameless bunch You will CERTAINLY REGRET what you have done to fellow Africans in the future. ITS A PROMISE

What's weirdly charming about it is that we're now at the point where we're seeing culturally distinct forms of slop emerge. It's like seeing opera develop into different national traditions in the 19th century, except with more adolescent power fantasies and less singing.

In my 200 level, I had a lecturer who liked me a lot. He showed it openly and would often give me gifts. I told my best friend about him, and she said that if he ever asked me out, I should date him. But he never did. When our results were released, I was the only one who got an A in his course. A few others passed, but this same friend had a carryover. She later begged me to help her talk to the lecturer, but I told her I couldn’t discuss something like that with him. The next thing I saw, she shared our private WhatsApp conversation in our group chat, claiming I was dating the lecturer and that was why I got the A. The rumour spread quickly in my department, and a panel was set up to recheck my script. They did and I still had my A. I cried so much. That was the end of our friendship. It’s been 8 years now.

A family or friend betrayal that still hurts you …. Let’s have it
