I don't take many victory laps. But allow me one. @Sharp_Rank tracked 320 media members making NFL picks for the whole season. I finished 1st. According to @tallysight, I finished 1st of 365 in the regular season, then 2nd of 224 for just the playoffs. It was a good season.

18 YEARS AGO TODAY: An EF-2 tornado strikes downtown Atlanta in the middle of the SEC Quarterfinal matchup between Alabama and Mississippi State. The game was delayed, though eventually completed, after the top of the Georgia Dome swayed amidst the severe weather & insulation rained down into the arena. The Bulldogs would go on to beat Bama in OT. After a hole was discovered in the roof of the Georgia Dome, the remainder of the Tournament was moved to Georgia Tech's Alexander Memorial Coliseum.
