mind you. the staff tried to put my friends with accommodations in a fenced in corner with horrible visibility. it was essentially a cage. no lifted space and they simply allowed other goers to block the view even more. it was a throw away corner for those with disabilities.

trying to figure out ada accommodations from this venue was quite frankly the hardest thing ever. they weren’t answering emails, staff were clueless about everything surrounding ada accoms, and you couldn’t even call the ada viewing platform a real viewing platform. it was -

to those of you who firmly believe that fans with ada accomms are just dramatic & too harsh on how the pilots crew treats us, as well as how they handle the situation: this treatment exists EVERYWHERE. not even just within the concert space. always an afterthought, +
