@nskgrower Yup we had that a few years ago. All canola shut down end of July, start of August then we got rain at the end of August and it started flowering again just in time for harvest.

Can drought stressed canola flower a second time after a rain? ...

I think my cousin in cropped this piece when I was hauling grain so first time seeing it all year for me , anyone with a hawk have a section just randomly lift on a pass ? Or delay dropping for a few hundred feet ? No clue which direction I seeded it , but just a random miss for a couple hundred feet

@KristjanHebert I‘m roughly $6.38 for living expenses and I‘m not a large farm. Helps a lot when you; 1. Grow or direct source most of your food. 2. Run second hand vehicles 3. Avoid subscription services 4. Don‘t buy fancy or showy items 5. Live within your means 6. Prioritize savings/travel

Seedhawk guys. I gotta replace my seed and fert knives. I currently run standard seedhawk knives with rubber drop tubes. But have problems plugging on heavy ground or wet ground. Wondering if people are running different knife setups with better luck?
