Wonderful tribute from our local Lycoming County Police Camp Cadet for Liv. ❤️ It is with heavy hearts that we remember and honor Olivia “Liv” Perrotto, a proud graduate of the Lycoming County Police Camp Cadet Class of 2023, Gulf Company, who courageously lost her battle with cancer on January 14, 2026. Liv was a strong, determined, and incredibly brave young lady whose light shined far beyond her years. At Camp Cadet, she faced every challenge with resilience, grit, and a quiet strength that inspired everyone around her. Despite the obstacles she faced, Liv never let cancer define her—she defined herself through her courage, her spirit, and her unwavering determination. Known affectionately as “NASA” because of her love for outer space, Liv dreamed big and reached for the stars in everything she did. Her curiosity, imagination, and passion reminded us all that there are no limits to what we can aspire to, even in the face of adversity. Liv’s impact on Gulf Company, her counselors, and her fellow cadets will never be forgotten. She taught us the true meaning of bravery—not just in strength, but in perseverance, hope, and heart.
