hockey culture hates women. it can be seen in the way the nhl gives no consequences to players with abuse and SA allegations. it’s visible in the way most men on twitter talk to women who have differing opinions than them. instead of actually debating all they do is hurl—

lots of men celebrating almost as if they felt threatened by any challenge at all to the patriarchal violence that men enact on women without consequence, every day, in and out of hockey culture

if any team lets one of these players back into the league and allows them to play for them, you should boycott 🤷 don't let the league bury this just like they buried what happened in chicago.

Hockey Canada settled with EM in 2022 for a reason. Something happened that led for them to settle with her. this verdict doesn’t mean they’re innocent. I hope no team goes out and offers them PTOs/contracts as camps begin, but I fear some teams will give them “second chances “
