Jay Obernolte has introduced a bill to codify OPT into law. This comes as the DoL and DHS are looking into whether OPT should be eliminated or capped.
OPT robs American college grads of the hands-on experience this nation needs. It is often used by immigrants to learn a skill and then leave America, or by people on H-1B to fraudulently extend their stay.

Who exactly for 2020, and can you prove it beyond a reasonable doubt? Who do you want jailed for Epstein? Who do you want jailed for Covid? Or J6? Will a DC jury even indict any higher up Democrat? Also how quick do you think the law is, because its not.
The only reason arresting J6ers was quick was because a DC judge had to give a warrant for GPS location and that was enough to arrest and convict them 9/10 times. Yeah its unfair and it sucks but its the cards that have been dealt.
And fun fact! Tina Peters is in prison on state charges, there is only 1 man on Earth who can get her out right now and that is CO Gov Jared Polis.

Trump wants to decrease mass deportations of illegal aliens, has dragged America into another full scale war in the Middle East, gas prices are skyrocketing, inflation will rise which means cost of living will rise, no DOGE checks have been sent to struggling Americans but instead Trump wants $200 billion for his war and 13 U.S. soldiers have been killed, no one has been held accountable for the 2020 election or Epstein or Covid insanity or J6, and Tina Peters is still in prison. This combined with Philly closing schools due to the NFL Draft, this is insanity.

Reports of the USCIS blocking H-1B holders who lose their employment from getting a B-1 or B-2 visa.
This is a departure from how the USCIS would handle H-1Bs who lose employment.
The USCIS claims that searching for a job is not a B-2 visa approved activity.
B-2s and B-1s being denied means those who lose their employment on H-1Bs will have to leave the nation, and thus when they apply for another H-1B, boom $100k fee.

Ever since Trump started saying "the worse of the worse" the numbers of non criminal illegals being detained and deported skyrocketed. Its really as simple as the right id trying to play politics, but the rights voterbase CRAVES to be losing, they absolutely need it to happen so they can push their own specific agenda. Guys, politicians lie, its normal and its generally very effective. So if the good guys could lie to win some more voters back, they should.
