Today, the APPG on FinTech was formally re-established. We were joined by MPs and Lords to elect new Officers and discuss the year ahead. The Group was unanimous in working together to strengthen FinTech’s voice in Parliament. 1/2

On 30/5/2024, Parliament dissolved. As such, the APPG on Financial Technology has ceased to exist. This statement serves as notice that the APPG no longer exists.

Delighted to host our latest session: What's Next for Open Banking? Led by @AdamAfriyie, the meeting covered why open banking is critical to economic growth, enabling innovation and competition, and steps policymakers can take to ensure the UK keeps its world-leading position.
