Agritech - Announcements: 📢🗞Topics for AMA 11 June: - Extremely busy and productive week. Started with meeting in Paccan facilities with Blow owners and their investor. Meeting went exactly as all the other ones go. What we’re doing in that facility is already penetrating global markets. We’re already into 2nd Gen Compounds for treatments for Cancer, Alzheimer’s etc - Blow indoor and outdoor facilities are good but neither are GMP or GACP certified. We will team with them to get them up to speed. They will begin onboarding their 61 shops this week. - Blow is looking for a strategic partnership with Cannawell and Paccan. They have direct relationship with TH Seeds for some of the best genetics in the world and our facilities allow them to reach global markets and satisfy their current offtake agreements - Siam growers rep visited facility on Friday and brought in a very large player in Australia market. The meeting went better than expected and was more about strategic acquisitions and capital infusion. Paccan will be taking ownership in 2 companies in Australia to “anchor” in. The Australian rep manages a wealth fund and he will be the 6th buyer of Pre IPO shares for Paccan AND he will be doing a cash infusion into Siam Growers to get the grow facilities up to standard and expand capabilities. Some of that capital will come into AGRITECH as Siam Growers wants to be tied directly to our upward trajectory and there is lots of synergy. This is important to Cannawell because in addition to making revenue and getting and equity piece of all these transactions for AGRITECH, we are now owners of pre IPO Paccan through a compensation package tied to revenue generated over next 30 months - I was given authority yesterday to negotiate on behalf of Paccan. This is good as I can facilitate things along faster and eliminate meetings and groups not aligned with Paccan/AGRITECH vision for global medical markets - Tuesday we zoom meeting with Israel company I shared previously that owns the import/export licenses for medical grade product globally and it’s through his network that the offtake agreements will flow. Current foreign pharmaceutical under contract are Japan, South Korea, Germany, Australia (currently only herbal medicine) and soon Australia. - This month our Rakkun and AGRITECH App will be fully functional. Additionally, the peer to peer marketplace capability will allow farmers to begin registration process - Our back office process is now finalized and we can complete onboarding new shops from registration all the way to MOQ order in 1 day. Ricardo (CFO) and Norby (CTO) got it finished last night. I hope to have Norby on AMA today to talk about Technology and take any questions. - sat in meeting Saturday discussing the upcoming government regulation changes… in addition to the grow facilities requiring the higher standard of GMP and GACP, the retail store will all have to conform to at minimum appearing to be “wellness or medicinal” so all they need to do is add medicinal Products that can treat ailments. It can no longer ONLY be a flower and smoke room.  And every store MUST be anchored back to a medical license AND GMP/GACP facility. There currently is only One and that’s me. Hence the daily registrations and inquiries on JVs. Our 8000sm facility is NOT currently certified but the Blow investor as well as Australian investor through Asian Growers have direct interest in getting it certified. - Still trying to connect with the group that is interested in all the aspects of our project and they seem a good fit for AGRITECH expansion. But with all the global partners Paccan is taking on, we will have access through those channels as Paccan does own AGT as well. - JR is still working on customs clearance for product to USA - I receive clearance from Thailand to host first ever Kushstock event (Kushstock.life). I was contacted by the founder and we will hammer out a deal to manage Kushstock Thailand. Check out website so you get an understanding about what they do regarding bringing cannabis communities together. - Short term requirements 1.Complete Maket Place program and begin searching for Blockchain developers to get in infused 2. Continue registering retail outlets 3. Continue opening Wellness Resorts now that Surf and Sand if complete 4. Begin certifying grow facilities that wish to have access to global markets 5. Continue seeking export requirements for flower and extracts. 6. I’m missing a lot but you get the picture. We’re growing fast and wide. 7.Staking program is great and we will complete unlocking as scheduled with no delay or concern. We will discuss it in AMA tonight. Revised update from CTO This is going to be an exciting month as several items are going to be completed. 1-The Raccun App will be available. 2-The farmer side of our blockchain software is currently going through testing so it should be ready in a few weeks. After testing we will be able to add farmers to our system with correct validating and with individual QR code tracking. 3-Our native AGT App for our blockchain software is ready for release, just waiting for #2 item and adding a few farmers into the system

Greeting Fam!🥰 May has been a great month month so far, some ups and some downs but overall , we have made improvements and we are now better than before, the community is stronger than before! We wholeheartedly love our community, for that we have made some updates: 1. Staking Program - problem with how it was written to claim rewards and unstake. A fixed reward was entered vs a variable reward after accounting completed. Solution is we will fully fund reward by 25 June and then claim And unstake 2. Payout is 46% based on $50k but will take more time to get there 3. Aligned with Phuket Cannabis Association to take on their 367 members. We will provide them financial support, security, licensing, and new product line. We will take their members excess unsellable cannabis and convert it into THC and HHC oils for sale in their shops and globally. They will all subscribe to our Traceability App at $60 per month 4. Our partners in the South, Siam Growers and Phuket Csnnabis association can get us 600 registrations in 60 days.  5. Received first contract for excess feedstock totaling 500kg. I posted photos 2 days ago 6. Received request for 1000 liters of HHC and 10000 Vape Pens for export.
