This is learned behavior. And can no longer be tolerated. All involved, AND their parents MUST be charged. We can not be a society that allows this third world behavior. It is beyond time that Capital Punishment was restored. It will not take long at all, when people are being PUNISHED for this shit, as they should be. Before it starts to tamper down quite a bit. We need to start charging minors automatically when they commit these kinds of violent crimes. When 10 people gang up on one person it shows their lack of respect for human life. They attacked this poor girl like a pack of blood thirsty animals. They showed her no mercy so they should receive no mercy as well. If we don’t start holding violent minors accountable with severe consequences they will not fear the repercussions of their actions. The revolving door needs to end and we need long prison sentences that actually has impact. How many people have to die or get hurt until we stop this madness.
