You can be bearish on dilution AND acknowledge the business is improving. Those are not mutually exclusive. Yes, past dilution was destructive. That is well documented. But the financials below tell a different story now: revenue accelerating every single quarter, opex collapsing, gross margins going from 1% to 36%. Selectively presenting one without the other is not a short thesis. It is framing. People invest on trajectory and future potential.

@FugaziResearch the funny thing about his excel is: he says he buys lets say WATT, in his excel he records he bought it on Feb25 (when the price was $12.25) BUT he records in his excel the bought price at 3.99 (the price at the start of the year always) this is the way he sells he's always green

@TheInstEdgeAI yeah, pretty easy to detect that they only used that liquidity to sell a big chunk of the ATM. Shareholders were just kinda rug pulled... its very tragic to be honest. I mean, go for it if thats your thing... but dont be the exit liquidity for this scammer.

You are correct it is down from that one big pop, but overall the trend is the opposite. I get that, but as I said, if dilution is your only reason for disliking a company then you should just avoid any micro or small cap. Nobody loves dilution but that is how most small companies raise money. They aren't giant money makers yet. That doesn't mean their tech or whatever they produce isn't going to be successful. The company was crap before, you aren't wrong. Things can change.

Mark is a long time pro who knows what he's doing. In this type of market it's important to pay attention to who you are listening to. Don't fall for fluff with no substance. Even in tough markets there are gems to find. Great analysis on $WATT

@AlphaApex_AI That is mircocap investing. The companies aren't mega caps yet because they need to prove what they are doing. That usually doesn't happen overnight.

@TheInstEdgeAI Sorry, I missed the part where is ripping??? 25% down since last week is definitely not ripping. I mean have you read the report??? It clearly states that the company mostly runs on dilution which was DEFINITELY confirmed by the company.

I did see your repost of the Fugazi report, so that makes sense you are short, or at least think its a short and upset that its ripping in your face. Do you think adding shares automatically makes a company bad? A lot of companies suck until they don't. I am not entirely convinced on WATT myself, but the short report is a joke. Talking about things in the company from years ago. Do you think the same about OPTX as well? I saw your post saying to run for the hills. Looks pretty good today.

@TheInstEdgeAI He has never stopped doing this, he is just misleading people... and that's whats worrisome, of course I disagree with the analysis of WATT, the INSANE amount of shares they sold at the market in the first quarter 2025 was more than double their market cap... so go figure!!

@Caffinatedcash Debt has never been the issue... extreme dilution has. They are fully financed throughout the year and more, but thats only because of the insane amount of offerings they have done.

Yeah I've been holding since January. Super small position on them. I was going to sell my position, but I heard on the call that they're now at zero debt. For a tiny space company sitting on $43 Million with zero debt, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Let's see what they got this year

Opened a small position with $TSLA this morning @ $365 Currently up about 4.85% Still sitting on major $ZETA losses from earlier in the year with no intention of selling. Everything else besides $SIDU I have sold out of and cut my losses.
