As of June 15th 2022, the new Part F & Part L building regulations regarding ventilation have come into place in England. All Silka and Lumi windows are able to meet and surpass the new ventilation requirements, as well as the accompanying Part L U-value requirements.

@batters1 Hi Ian, we can fit letterboxes in the majority of our doors, however we don't offer letterboxes on some of our door styles based on glass sizes. If you could describe or show the door to us, I could check for you?

@DoubleGlazeHour We offer a fibreglass option as part of our Lumi range. It's quite visually unique, with the outer pane of glass bonded to the external sash, however it might be worth running it past your customer?
