@ashleyann_atx IMHO, it has gotten worse for me as I age. As I get older, the likelihood of waking up with "morning anxiety" appears to be greater. I wonder what role our reproductive hormones play in this.

i caught myself the night before. i could not sleep bc i was replaying conversations with people. constantly analyzing. wondering if what i said was ok or the right thing. if people are mad. i always knew i did this, but this was first time aware it can keep me up at night.
