Day 8 - The final day! The sofa will set off from Strines at 08:30 and begin it's 17 mile journey to Stocksbridge, finishing at 18:30 #BBCSofa For more information: bbc.in/2TdUKKN

Day 7 - We'll start the 13 mile walk in Conisbrough at 08:30 and finish in Sprotbrough at 18:00 #BBCSofa

Day 6 - It's an early start in Marsden at 08:30 before finishing in the heights of Holme Moss at 17:00 #BBCSofa
