France, Finland, Sweden, Norway and Switzerland have their energy mix right and relatively insulated from global fossil energy shocks. You’d prob want industrial exposures in the countries inside the red box and energy transition capex beneficiaries in countries outside the box.

Sure a Strait of Hormuz blockade obviously pushes most energy costs up, but a collapse in Qatari LNG supply is going to send global LNG prices into orbit. That shift in switching economics will drag coal higher right along with it. I saw Chancellor Merz saying "this isn't Europe's war." Sure he's technically right, but Europe is going to be the one left holding the bag for all the damage. The ghosts of 2022 are starting to haunt the place again. You can see the list of victims about to get hit the hardest across the energy mix. Meanwhile this is going to force governments into a total re-evaluation of fundamental energy security, which could actually give clean energy a long-term tailwind in the process. #oott #iran

THIS IS SIGMA PRO MAX 🗿
Journalist : How long can Iran sustain the closure of Strait of Hormuz?
Iran Prof 🇮🇷: "Indefinitely" 🔥
Anchor : But it harms your economy?
Iran Prof 🇮🇷: "For Iran this is fight for nation survival, for you it is about Epstien class survival" 🔥
Anchor : Why do you always bring Jeffrey Epstein to the argument? 😭😭
She literally gave up 😂

@BCResource @sharma_views You ought to watch her interview with Jordan Peterson. He handed her her arse on a plate.

🚨 CATHY NEWMAN: You’re attacking gas fields in Qatar. They aren’t military targets.
IRAN SPOX: We’re hitting US-linked assets.
CATHY: No, you’re hitting a gas field in Qatar.
IRAN SPOX: Don’t cut me. Who hit our gas fields first? We’re defending.
CATHY: But a gas field isn’t military.
IRAN SPOX: Then why was ours targeted?
SHE PUSHED. HE FLIPPED.
NARRATIVE COLLAPSED. CALMLY. 💥

@KobeissiLetter The ukrainians blew up Nord Stream (with the blessings of the Americans). Great job guys...

BREAKING: The IEA has issued a warning stating that the Iran War is the greatest threat to global energy "in history."
Details include:
1. The IEA says it could take 6 months or longer to fully restore oil and gas flows from the Gulf
2. Roughly 18 million barrels of daily crude oil supply remain offline
3. Russia’s Nord Stream pipelines are not operational adding further pressure
4. There is currently "no immediate way" to replace the supply of oil from the Gulf
Today concludes week 3 of the Iran War.

❗️What you see here is the result of Iranian missile fire. The Old City in Jerusalem, right near the Temple Mount, was impacted by Iranian missile fragments.
The Iranian regime once again proves they fire indiscriminately—whether at civilian areas or holy sites—all with the intention of destroying the State of Israel.

English

@true_warriorr @sharma_views Since they attacked the Iranian gas field first - then yes! It makes perfect sense actually.
English

@BCResource @sharma_views Yeah, makes sense — go attack Qatar’s gas fields. You’re so smart.😂😂
English

@true_warriorr @hemkayO @sharma_views I don't support Iran whatsoever. I just feel like the US-Israeli side is acting worse than they are in this war...
English

@hemkayO @BCResource @sharma_views That just makes it even more stupid. Everyone knows Qatar was trying to stop this war. But it’s fine — soon this regime will fall, and then I want to see all your faces.
English

@Polyick @BCResource @sharma_views An Iranian missile landed 500 meters from my home, destroyed a cancer research laboratory and blew out our windows, there was no military assets for miles around, no one got any evacuation warnings. Sit your ass down 🤡.
English

@Thomasjames098 @AKAGodzprince @sharma_views Yes, exactly... All the escalations come from the US-Israeli side.
English

@BCResource @AKAGodzprince @sharma_views I don’t understand how people can’t understand the two countries escalating each stage are America and Israel. At pretty much every turn.
English

@BCResource @sharma_views Omg, you must be so dumb. Qatar has defended this regime for so many years. It makes no sense. Should the U.S. attack Qatar now just because they are allied with Iran? Use whatever is left of your brain, leftist.
English

@jonironbeard @WellingtonKofi @sharma_views There is no discussion about the fact that the US-Israeli side escalated the conflict. If you want to look at history you can go back to 1953 and foreign intervention. It doesn't change the fact that the fault of this conflict lies with the US-Israeli side.
English

@WellingtonKofi @BCResource @sharma_views Google operation true promise from 2024. I think if you don't know basic facts about this conflict you can just choose to sit this one out.
English

@jonironbeard @sharma_views Iranians claim that was a false flag.
And *if* that's the case, then you stop the negotiations and initiate the war. Attacking mid-negotiations is terrible for diplomacy worldwide.
English

@BCResource @sharma_views Iran was deemed to be negotiating in bad faith, and they have since bombed the mediator (Oman). So make of that what you will.
English

@robin_j_brooks Ok, so what is your prediction? Like where do you think we will end up?
English

Oil at $150 or $200 isn't the no brainer it's made out to be. You have to think carefully about what's priced at $110. My best guess is that current levels price half of all oil out of the Gulf being permanently disrupted. So $150 or $200 are a stretch...

@TwixieApu16 @sharma_views CENTCOM is based in Qatar... how much more of an ally can you be?
English

@BCResource @sharma_views You are a fool … US-Israel attack a joint gas field of Iran and Qatar .. Iran’s response is to attack Qatar .. Qatar was attacked is being caught in the middle of war it has nothing to do with .. but you think the reporter is stupid?
English

@jonironbeard @sharma_views Iran was attacked mid-negotiations in the beginning of this month. They have never escalated this war, but of course they have to respond with the same escalation.
I don't like the Iranian regime, at all, but it makes perfect logical sense.
English

@BCResource @sharma_views Robert, attacking civilian targets isn't permitted even if your's are hit first.
If that's justified, then I remind you this whole war started in earnest when Iran attacked civilian infrastructure in Israel in April 2024. So Iran doesn't have a leg to stand on either way.
