So last year I missed @BalkanRuby because apparently the nearest visa appointment is 4 months away. This year I decided to look for slots in early January. Learned my lesson, right? Wrong. Over 6 months away. @balticruby turned out to be a lot more accessible – just a week until the nearest appointment. Which is ironic considering I live on the Balkans, mere 5 hours away from Sofia. Oh well. Next year I guess?
