Hey @chakrigade and @_countrydelight My friend has ordered milk from your product and has taken a subscription. Him and I stay in pg and the milk packet will be delivered here. Im facing delivery related issues everyday and identified faults in the model A thread continues..

To improve the delivery service either 1. Customer should receive the call from delivery agent . If the customer admits or instructs the agent to keep it reception, then only he should do that 2. Proper packaging with proper mentions with name or order id

Bad thing about the delivery is, we don't receive any calls from the delivery agent. He simply keeps it in reception . Proof:

Dear @chakrigade and @_countrydelight , Your hyper local business model works great for apartments where delivery will directly happen at the doorstep. Consider PGs where no security would be there, doorstep won't be allowed, Felt better if this model works for this too

Refunds are not always a solution. Trust comes first then refunds at next. Correct the delivery model of your hyper local business by being specific to the customer! Either pack the product or write something on top of the item to mention it belongs to particular customer

Why I'm raising my concern here? I have raised multiple support tickets for delivery related issues as someone would take my ordered and delivered item with or without knowing!! They initiated a refund at the initial time. Later they are ignoring my concern.

No proper packaging, no order id mentioned anywhere on the product, no receiver name mentioned anywhere How do you think consumers take their products exactly what they have ordered?

I realised many of my pg mates order the milk from @_countrydelight and could see lots of packets over there in reception. Imagine the situation where many people have ordered the same product and don't know which product should be/she take from delivered items.
