@PSETalk why do you give unreliable information? Our hood has been without power all day. First restoration at 10:30am, then 1:30, now you have updated at 2:30 and still restoration remains 1:30. No heat or internet and because we are not near a cell tower we also have no cell.

Our Internet Service is out. I was in the middle of an important online meeting when the internet dropped suddenly. Since this was a planned outage why are we not alerted to this? An easy text would from Astound to let us know would have helped me plan ahead. @astoundconnects
