I need to know if I'm overreacting here. My neighbor regularly mows her lawn wearing so little clothing that it's become a topic of conversation among several people on the street. I have a 15-year-old son, and honestly, it's uncomfortable knowing he can look out the window and see that every time she's outside. I've already contacted the HOA because I feel there should be some standard of decency in a neighborhood setting. Some people say it's none of my business because she's on her own property. Others think there's a line between being comfortable and being inappropriate. What do you think!

APPARENTLY, EXPECTING SOMEONE TO WEAR A SHIRT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD MAKES ME THE BAD GUY NOW. My neighbor was outside mowing his lawn completely shirtless yesterday afternoon. I understand it was hot. I understand he was on his own property. And I know mowing the lawn is not exactly a formal event. But this is still a residential neighborhood. Families are walking by. Kids are outside riding bikes. Neighbors are coming and going. Is putting on a basic T-shirt really such an unreasonable expectation? A few people told me I am overreacting and that it is none of my business. Others said it is about having a little respect for the neighborhood. So now I am curious. Would this bother you? Or do you think people should be able to mow their lawn shirtless without anyone saying a word?
