[Statement from SteJay Official] Hello, this is SteJay Official. Withdrawal from Ace of Hearts We have officially decided to withdraw from JL’s 22nd Birthday Celebration – Ace of Hearts. We believe stepping back is the most responsible course of action at this time. Our original intention was solely to celebrate JL’s birthday by giving away JL‑themed freebies. Please note that we were not planning to sell any merchandise. We acknowledge that there were significant lapses on our end. While we confirmed our participation on March 13, we did not attend any meetings held prior to that date. We also admit to an oversight in monitoring the Group DM (GDM) after we were added. As many of you know, SJO does not wish to be affiliated with fanbases that have negatively impacted JL’s reputation, and we take full responsibility for not identifying these associations sooner. Given the current situation, our admins are unable to proceed with the original plan. We are currently operating with limited manpower, and we must prioritize the health and well‑being of our team. FicFest & Financial Transparency - Cancellation: The ICONIQUE FicFest project will no longer proceed. - Refunds: All participants will receive an email shortly with detailed information regarding their refunds. - Remaining Funds: Any remaining funds will be reallocated toward a birthday gift for JL. - Transparency: A full transparency report will be released once all financial matters are settled. A Note on Feedback We appreciate the constructive feedback we have received. However, we must note that some messages have crossed the line into being hurtful and disrespectful.
