Hey @AmericanAir maybe you could consider not loading everyone onto a plane that has scheduled maintenance? It’s been 1.5 hours and we have 3 toddlers who are very hot and grumpy. Yet here we still sit on the tarmac after being told this would be a max 15 minute delay
