NO DAYS OFF.
This isn’t just a workout… it’s a statement.
Every rep, every sprint, every drop of sweat is building something bigger than all of us. This is where the foundation is laid. This is where toughness is earned. This is where a TEAM becomes a BROTHERHOOD.
DO YOUR JOB.
No excuses. No shortcuts. No looking around.
Just lock in and handle your responsibility, because when every man does his job, we become unstoppable.
We’re not chasing average.
We’re not showing up just to get by.
We’re building something SPECIAL. Brick by brick. Day by day.
It’s early mornings.
It’s late nights.
It’s pushing past limits you didn’t think you had.
Energy is different.
Mindset is different.
THIS TEAM IS DIFFERENT.
Accountability. Effort. Discipline.
That’s the standard.
So when you step in that weight room…
BRING THE JUICE.
BRING THE ENERGY.
BRING YOUR BEST.
Because where we’re headed…
EVERYTHING matters.
NO DAYS OFF.
DO YOUR JOB.
STACK DAYS.
BELIEVE. 🔥

DAWGS OF THE WEEK
Showing up isn’t optional… it’s the standard.
These young men didn’t earn this by talking about it, they earned it by putting in the work when nobody’s watching. Day after day. Rep after rep. Choosing discipline over excuses.

DAWGS OF THE WEEK 🐾💪
Hard work. Dedication. Commitment to excellence.
That’s what it takes to build something special.
Week after week these young men show up, put the work in, and continue to BELIEVE in the process. They’re setting the standard for what it means to be a South Point Dawg.
🔥 Ethan Hunt (QB1 Class of 2027)
🔥 Cash Westmoreland (Class of 2027)
🔥 Keegan Weber (Class of 2028)
🔥 Austin McFann (Class of 2030)
These guys aren’t just putting in reps, they’re building a culture.
Leading the way is QB1 Ethan Hunt, who continues to lead by example. Whether it’s in the weight room, on the field, or encouraging his teammates, Ethan is showing what leadership looks like. Leaders don’t just talk about it… they live it every single day.
But leadership spreads.
Cash shows up ready to work.
Keegan keeps grinding and pushing himself to get better.
Austin proves that age doesn’t matter when it comes to commitment and heart.
This is what BELIEVE looks like.
It’s teammates pushing teammates.
It’s showing up when nobody’s watching.
It’s stacking days, stacking effort, and building something bigger than yourself.
The culture is changing.
The work is being done.
The DAWGS are coming.
Keep believing.
Keep grinding.
Keep showing up.
DRIVE FOR 50.
ONE TEAM. ONE BEAT.

2X DAWG OF THE WEEK
GOT THAT DAWG IN ME!
Some athletes talk about the work… others live it every single day.
Shoutout to Dom Pegram (Class of 2028) a 2X Dawg of the Week who continues to prove what commitment and toughness look like.
Being a two-sport athlete in the same season isn’t easy. Dom puts in the work on the track, then shows up to the weight room ready to grind with his teammates. No excuses. No slowing down. Just showing up and getting better.
That’s what being a DAWG is all about.
It’s about discipline when nobody’s watching.
It’s about stacking days and trusting the process.
It’s about pushing yourself to be better for your team, your school, and your community.
Dom doesn’t know how to hit the brakes, and that’s exactly the mentality we’re building at South Point Football.
Relentless effort.
Relentless belief.
Relentless pursuit of greatness.
Keep grinding, Dom. The work you’re putting in now will pay off.
DRIVE FOR 50
One Team. One Beat.

DAWGS OF THE WEEK
Success doesn’t come from talking about it… it comes from showing up and putting the work in day after day. These young men have been doing exactly that. Week in and week out they show up, they grind, and they bring the energy that pushes everyone around them to be better.
Luke Fitzpatrick, Hunter Chinn, Steven Washington, and Trevor Smith have been leading by example in the weight room and in workouts. They’re proving that progress happens when you commit to the process, hold each other accountable, and refuse to take days off.
This is how programs change.
This is how a culture grows.
When players push themselves, they start to inspire their teammates, motivate the locker room, and energize the entire community.
It’s not about being perfect… it’s about stacking days, working harder than yesterday, and believing in what we’re building.
These guys showed up.
They showed out.
And they earned it.
Keep grinding. Keep leading. Keep believing.

BELIEVE.
Not just in the wins.
Not just in the scoreboard.
But in the PROCESS.
Everything we’re building at South Point is about commitment, discipline, and showing up when it’s hard. The weight room. The classroom. The field. The community. That’s where culture is built.
We are officially building the POINTER FAMILY, and we want YOU in it.
This is the DRIVE FOR 50.
50 committed.
50 accountable.
50 young men choosing to be different.
It’s not about hype.
It’s about habits.
It’s about effort.
It’s about believing when nobody else sees it yet.
If you’re part of this program, it’s your responsibility to bring someone with you. Teammate. Friend. Classmate. Let’s get more out. Iron sharpens iron.
We don’t beg for numbers.
We build them.
Believe in the process.
Trust the grind.
Show up.
DRIVE FOR 50.

BELIEVE
No shortcuts.
No excuses.
No waiting your turn.
You EARN IT.
ElyePatterson #9 isn’t just wearing the jersey, he’s putting in the work behind it. Early mornings. Late nights. Extra reps when nobody’s watching. That’s what separates talk from results.
The grind isn’t glamorous.
The process isn’t easy.
But the results? They’re worth it.
Built different. Focused. Locked in.
When preparation meets opportunity, it’s time to JUST DO IT.
Proud of the way this young man shows up, for his team, for his brothers, and for himself.
Keep stacking days. Keep chasing greatness.
The best is ahead.

DAWGS WORKOUT
BELIEVE IN THE PROCESS
The weight room doesn’t lie.
The grind doesn’t lie.
The process doesn’t lie.
Championships aren’t built on Friday nights.
They’re built on Mondays.
They’re built in the racks.
They’re built in the sweat.
They’re built when nobody is watching.
BELIEVE IN THE PROCESS.
Believe in the early mornings.
Believe in the extra reps.
Believe in the sore legs.
Believe in your brothers pushing you when you feel empty.
Believe in the coaching.
Believe in the standard.
Believe in this community.
This isn’t just about lifting weight, it’s about lifting each other. It’s about becoming stronger mentally, physically, and emotionally. It’s about choosing discipline over excuses. It’s about showing up EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
The process isn’t always flashy.
It’s not always fun. It’s not always easy.
But it WORKS.
Every rep is a deposit.
Every sprint is an investment.
Every drop of sweat is building something bigger than yourself.
We need ALL THE DAWGS this week.
Not just the leaders.
Not just the starters.
Not just the loud ones.
ALL. THE. DAWGS.
And don’t just bring yourself, bring somebody new. Pull a teammate.
Grab a friend. Build the pack.
Because this is bigger than one player.
This is bigger than one season.
This is about building a culture that lasts.
When adversity hits, and it will, the process is what you fall back on.
When the game is on the line, the process is what you trust.
When doubt creeps in, the process is what silences it.
We don’t chase comfort.
We chase growth.
We chase greatness.
We’re not hoping to win.
We’re preparing to dominate.
DRIVE FOR 50!
50 days of discipline.
50 reps past comfort.
50 teammates locked in.
50 moments where you choose grind over average.
Drive your body.
Drive your mind.
Drive your brother next to you.
Drive this program forward.
The DAWGS aren’t built overnight.
They’re forged in the fire.
So show up.
Lock in.
Believe in the Process.
And let’s continue to work!!

🔥 ALL-DISTRICT. EARNED. NOT GIVEN. 🔥
Davon Lewis 2nd Team Ohio All-District
PG - Junior - WR/DB
@TherealDavon4
This one hits different.
Battled through injury.
Stayed locked in when it would’ve been easy to sit back. Put the work in when nobody was watching.
And when the lights came on? He rose up.
Play after play.
Possession after possession.
Leader every single night.
Yeah, he can score. He can fill it up with the best of them. But what makes him special, He’s a pass-first point guard who loves getting his teammates involved. He makes everyone around him better. He understands the moment. He controls the pace. He sacrifices for the team.
That’s winning basketball.
Hard work.
Toughness.
Unselfishness.
Proud of you, #4.
