You don’t see a great deal of Teaninich bottled as almost all of it goes to blends. Anything post 2000 would use the mash filter in processing. Pre 2000 it would have been traditional the mash tun #tastesboutiquey

#tastesboutiquey Palate.. Manuka honey brings a little earthy note while ginger certainly gives a spicy heat, quite a light palate that also showcases citrus peel bitterness and gentle sweetness from caramel and toffee notes.
