Congratulations to @SurabhiGokte from India, winner of the "Women in Drupal Award 2022". Surabhi is an exceptional #Drupal supporter, coordinating volunteers, organizing DrupalCamps & being part of the Marketing Team of @drupalcon. Thumbs up for Surabhi, you are amazing!

@vivekagnihotri Another example of “what we are being told and what is the actual truth”. @IMDb dipped the rating on its own and gave an explanation that makes no sense!

@nodeBot7495 @JacobSingh Something that has worked well lately for our team is getting on a call, sharing PRs on screen and reviewing them one by one until we're close to merging most of them.

Pull requests. 90% suck. They are great for distributed async individuals in different companies (what it was made for). On a dedicated team? Waiting > 1hr for someone else to "approve" code is waste of time and focus. It allows so many fragile collaboration patterns.

@JacobSingh This is true in most cases! (Waiting > 1hr for someone else to approve) but i find them a great way of written/documented collaboration. Would be interested to know if you something better in mind! :)
