I will quote you as someone who sales plantain chips A very small bunch of plantain now is from 6,500 I will need at least 3 bunches to make 5L bucket. Oil is 4k perL you will need about least 3L Transportation and truck to push it 1,500 least Gas is 1,400 perkg

@Collette_ulo Try buying from farmers or from people that have in bulk

@Collette_ulo So, you would rather buy expensive plantains when you could get better quantities and qualities at cheaper prices? You think final consumers will be ready to patronize when they can get same for way cheaper prices? At 15k, she can make more than 10k gain per pack. That's crazy.

@Collette_ulo No plantain chips seller goes to where she will get a very small bunch for 6,500. Let's be real. For someone that buys in bulk for business, she most likely has farmers as suppliers who will be glad to sell a very big bunch for around 5k. Oil is reusable. This is purely greed.

I closed my eyes and made two big purchases for my business yesterday and today. Now my bank account is crying😭. If you see my business post, please retweet and support us by buying from us.

@Collette_ulo They aren’t factoring in labor cost lol I say if you follow them talk you go wan craze

@Collette_ulo lol it’s you that’s explaining for them 🤣 everyone knows what they are doing

@Collette_ulo This person is also in ilorin. I bought from them recently. That 1.5 liters jar is sold for 4500. It's 500g plantain infact 650g cos I measured it. The chips is very crunchy and fresh. It's just the level of her playing ground and it is affecting her pricing.
