Algae alert - Our Rangers have reported a large area of blue-green algae spreading across Barton Broad this morning. Please refrain from entering the broad and take extra care if sailing/paddling to avoid splashing water on yourself.

Boating News - We are aware of a sunken hire vessel upstream of Langley Dyke on the River Yare. Rangers have attended the scene and marked the vessel with posts and lights. Please exercise care and caution when navigating in the area.

Three communities end water fluoridation! * Following the second of two public hearings on the matter, the Childersburg, Alabama City Council voted 4-0 Tuesday evening to discontinue the #fluoridation of city water. * The borough of Catasaugua has approved the Catasaugua Municipal Water Works request to discontinue the addition of #fluoride to their drinking water. The motion was brought forth at the August 29, 2022 borough council meeting. * On November 17, 2023, the Australian Central Highlands Regional Council council will decommission all water fluoridation infrastructure and will no longer fluoridate drinking water in any of its communities.

78 studies. When we originally posted this meme over three years ago, there were 65 studies showing a relationship between #fluoride exposure and lowered IQ. That number has now increased to 78 studies… and the fluoride pushers are still plugging their ears. This count only includes human fluoride/IQ studies. There is a much wider body of literature showing fluoride’s adverse effects on other aspects of brain function.
