@EmilyAYoung1 I'm sure you've tried it, but the Quest 3 is a solid choose for cardio. The bonus of it being stand alone is that you can be up and playing within a minute, so the mental barrier is minimised.

It’s a lot easier to stay motivated to look after myself now that I like the face I see in the mirror - Weight’s below the halfway point between when I joined LMG and my peak! VR rig has a HW fault and I still need more exercise but I’ve been out walking when the weather’s good.
