The condition is that $BTC must close above the 55 monthly EMA, the 200 weekly EMA, and above last low, which is 60k. It should form a higher high on the monthly. If it doesn't, I'll revise the chart and upload a new chart. But before a massacre, a 75k retouch must happen for the most part.
